New Update for Frakture Native Reports

We’re always trying to make it easier to visualize your data within Frakture, and with our latest update we’ve added some new entries to our ever-growing list of Native Reports.

If you’re not familiar with Frakture Native Reports, they’re a series of automatic, always-available reports that all Frakture clients can access through the Console. Some clients rely on them as their primary data viz tool, while others use them to supplement their custom reports in Data Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI.

Our new reports include:

  • Transaction Summary by Channel, which breaks down all the transactions in your database by channel (e.g. email, social, text), as well as provides a host of summary stats for your transaction totals and a breakdown of donation counts by amount range.

  • Recurring Giving, an analysis of one-time vs. recurring donations, showing totals by a selectable date range, and daily totals over the past 30 days.

  • Transaction Attribution, a new report that shows how well your transactions match with messages within the Frakture database. One of the most powerful features of our data solution is the attribution engine, which uses source codes (primarily) to match donations to messages (emails, ads, etc). This report provides information about the percentage of transactions with source codes, and that are successfully attributed to messages.

Beyond these new reports, we’ve also built new reports for outbound text/SMS campaigns, and made some refinements to our other Native Reports, including those for Email Fundraising, Ads & Social Fundraising, and Transaction Summary. You can browse them all in the reports section of the Frakture Console.

Data Visualization Tools in Frakture - Tell Us What You Think

We know that Frakture clients use a variety of tools to visualize the data in their warehouse, and we’d love to hear about any challenges you’re seeing in building and modifying your reports. We want to do whatever we can to make your data workflow and reporting process smoother and faster, and we’re looking at how we can change the Console and our Native Reports to accomplish that.

We’ve prepared a short survey, which should take no more than 2-3 minutes to complete, and will help guide our development efforts around our Native Reports and our support for external tools like Data Studio. We’d love to hear from you.
